The Challenge
Vinadamo, a wine investment company, needed a CRM system that would centralise their operations and create a more professional experience for both staff and clients. Like many businesses in this space, they needed to manage leads, proposals, tasks, projects, and invoices efficiently. But unlike previous projects, there was an additional requirement: the CRM also had to provide a client-facing portal where investors could log in, view their orders, and track progress directly.
The challenge was to deliver a system that balanced back-office control for staff with a seamless front-end experience for clients — ensuring data was accurate, accessible, and secure.
Our Solution
We developed a bespoke CRM platform tailored to Vinadamo’s workflow. The system included standard lead and client management tools, proposal generation, invoicing, and reporting — but was extended with a secure client login feature. Through this portal, clients could log in, track their wine investment orders, and view updates in real time.
On the admin side, the CRM gave Vinadamo full control over data, lead assignments, and project workflows, while ensuring that information displayed to clients was always accurate and synchronised. The build was designed to streamline internal processes while improving customer trust and transparency.
