The Challenge
Cerberus Doors needed a powerful CRM system tailored to the way they work. Off-the-shelf tools weren’t flexible enough — they wanted one central platform to manage leads, proposals, projects, tasks, and invoices. On top of that, they required advanced functionality: the ability to generate orders directly with their door supplier, automatically sync invoices to QuickBooks, and track conversions through Google Ads to improve campaign performance and cost efficiency.
The CRM also had to integrate seamlessly with their website, capturing leads directly from online forms. Another key requirement was a custom proposal system, where clients could view branded proposals online, accept them digitally, sign terms and conditions, and automatically trigger invoicing — with payments made easily by card or bank transfer.
Our Solution
We built a bespoke CRM platform designed around Cerberus’s exact needs. At the core was a custom proposal template within the CRM, allowing them to send professional proposals that clients could accept online. Once accepted, the system automatically generated an invoice and enabled payments via integrated Stripe card processing or bank transfer.
To streamline finances, we developed a QuickBooks API integration that sent invoice data directly into their accounting system, removing the need for duplicate entry. For sales and marketing, we created a separate API that connected conversion data from the CRM to their Google Ads campaigns, giving their marketing team the ability to track real ROI and optimise spend.
Finally, we integrated the CRM with their website, building a lead capture form that fed new enquiries directly into the system. This ensured no opportunity was lost and allowed the sales team to act quickly on every lead.
The Results
The new CRM transformed how Cerberus Doors manages its business. Their entire sales process — from lead capture to proposal, acceptance, invoicing, and payment — is now fully automated in one platform. Manual admin has been dramatically reduced, saving the team time and cutting down on errors.
Financial management is smoother thanks to the QuickBooks sync, while the integration with Google Ads provides clear insights into which campaigns deliver the best returns. With proposals, payments, and contracts all handled digitally, the client experience has been modernised and streamlined, leading to faster approvals and quicker payments.
In short, Cerberus Doors now operates with a scalable, automated CRM system that not only improves internal efficiency but also drives better marketing performance and delivers a more professional customer journey.
