The Challenge
Fenstercraft Group wanted a CRM system that would give them full control over their leads, proposals, projects, tasks, and invoicing.
Unlike other businesses with more complex needs, their requirements were straightforward: the ability to generate and send proposals, manage leads efficiently, process invoices with bank transfer as the main payment method, and track conversions from their Google Ads campaigns for better cost control and optimisation.
The challenge was to deliver a platform that simplified their day-to-day operations, automated repetitive admin, and gave their marketing team clear visibility of how well PPC campaigns were performing.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a bespoke CRM platform tailored to Fenstercraft Groupβs workflow. The system included a standard proposal generator, making it easy for the team to send consistent and professional quotes to clients. Proposals could be accepted digitally, automatically triggering invoice generation and allowing payments to be handled via traditional bank transfer.
To support their marketing efforts, we integrated a Google Ads tracking feature into the CRM. This allowed conversion data from leads to be fed directly into their PPC campaigns, helping the business understand which ads were bringing the best results and where to adjust spend.
The CRM also included all the essentials for day-to-day business management β from lead tracking and task management to project organisation and reporting β giving the team one centralised system for their operations.
The Results
The new CRM system gave Fenstercraft Group the structure they needed to manage their business more effectively. Leads now flow directly into the system, proposals are quick to generate and easy for clients to approve, and invoices are automatically handled without unnecessary admin.
