Key Requirements

  • First and foremost: organisational skills! You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once and prioritise them effectively

  • Business-savvy with a keen commercial awareness
  • A commitment to excellence and a detail-oriented work ethic
  • A positive outlook coupled with a proactive, can-do approach
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency setting
  • At least three years of project management experience, preferably with complex projects
  • A background in technical SEO fields or web development is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless coordination and collaboration across design, development, and digital marketing teams to deliver top-tier solutions and customer service with a commercial perspective.
  • Manage the execution of design, development, and digital marketing initiatives for web projects, ensuring client expectations and project scopes are meticulously met.
  • Handle client interactions professionally and efficiently, including change requests and spontaneous enquiries.
