DBETA is currently searching for a Brand strategist to join our team, who will be responsible for designing and improving the brand strategy of our esteemed customers. We are here to help you grow personally and professionally as we value your skills. We want an active individual who’s got keen critical thinking ability, insatiable curiosity, and always enjoys examining tough issues through research.

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in an advertising agency or at least 3 years of experience in account planning or brand strategy.
  • Good understanding of various research methodologies, workshop facilitation and insights development.
  • Capability of distilling complex information into clear actionable strategies/plans.
  • Strong communication skills that can be used to convey problems and solutions clearly across diverse teams.
  • Practical project/people management abilities including leading projects while contributing individually.
  • A receptive attitude towards feedback and a commitment to personal and professional growth.


  • Strategy Development: You will play a pivotal role in creating strategic outputs such as creative briefs, perspectives, competitive analysis among others. This means that our operations and client success rely hugely on your insights and expertise.
  • Client Interaction: Build credibility with our clients by effectively presenting strategic insights and narratives.
  • Collaboration: Teamwork! At DBETA, teamwork makes us stronger. You will work side by side with project managers in setting realistic timelines as well as plans. Get together with other strategists in addition to account management teams so as to brainstorm about projects’ implementations. Your participation is valuable through input sharing or feedbacks thus resulting into high quality final products.
