The Challenge
Marios Wheel Repair, a wheel refurbishment company based in Grays, needed a bespoke website and SEO strategy to attract more customers. The business had been heavily reliant on paid advertising and word-of-mouth referrals, but this approach was limiting growth and creating ongoing costs. With no website or content to showcase their services, there was no foundation for organic visibility, no online customer journey, and no way to build long-term digital presence.
At the same time, the client was extremely busy running the workshop and wanted to reduce the daily workload of handling enquiries. He needed a solution that would not only bring in more customers but also automate communication and booking, freeing up his time to focus on what he does best.
Our Solution
We set out to create a website that would stand out in the automotive sector and fully serve potential clients. Built using our DBETA Bones 7.0 framework, with wireframes and design completed in Relume and Figma, the site was designed as both a marketing tool and a self-service hub.
To achieve this, we created a structured price list page to make costs transparent, a detailed FAQ section to answer common questions, and an AI-powered support chat to provide instant responses. To further streamline customer interactions, we implemented an automated booking system with a connected mobile app and calendar, giving customers the ability to book and manage appointments while providing the client with real-time visibility of his schedule. Automated email responders were added to handle follow-ups and routine queries, ensuring the site could manage most interactions independently. Alongside these features, we focused heavily on SEO and conversion optimisation, making sure the site not only attracted visitors but turned them into paying customers.
The Results
The new website has transformed the way Marios Wheel Repair operates. It now ranks for more than 1,000 organic keywords, brings in over 2.8k monthly visitors, and has achieved a Domain Authority of 33. Most importantly, the business has been able to completely stop running paid ads and now relies on SEO alone to generate a consistent and cost-effective flow of new customers.
The website functions as a self-service platform, giving customers the ability to find quick answers, calculate prices, and make bookings or cancellations without needing direct contact. This has significantly reduced the time the client spends on emails and calls, allowing him to focus on the workshop and the quality of his service. The project delivered a strong, automated digital funnel that continues to generate daily business, proving that a well-designed, SEO-driven website can replace reliance on advertising and referrals with a steady, organic pipeline of new customers.
